[ Gyokuro(green tea of the highest quality) ]
First, we cover buds more than 20 days to raise soft green dark ones. Then, we steam and dry them while rubbing. It is a tea of the highest grade with plump fragrance and mellow taste. You can just eat tea leafs.
[ Sencha ]
This tea is created by first steaming the shincha (new tea) leaves and then rubbing and drying them to form needle shapes. It has fresh scent and elegant astringent flavor, and is the most popular tea in Japan.
[ Macha ]
This tea is created from shincha that has been cultivated with a cover over the tea bushes to avoid direct sunlight, by steaming it and then grinding it to a fine powder.
[ Hojicha ]
This tea is created by further frying the sencha selected by producers. It features pleasant aroma and refreshing taste.
First, make eat pot, water cooling vessel, and mug warm, then make 60-to-70 cube centimetres-boiled water chill down to 40 to 60 degrees Celsius.
Then, put 10g (two cups of tablespoons) of tea leafs into a teapot and pour the hot water already chilled. Turn it little by little after taking a look, without closing the cap. Wait for one or two minutes and flow into you mug and take it.
You can enjoy deliciously up to 3 times.
Warm the kyusu (teapot, yuzamashi (water cooler), and yunomi (teacup) in advance, and cool down 180cc of hot water to 60-70 °C by the yuzamashi.
Put 10g (two big spoons) of tea leaves into the kyusu, add the cooled water and wait for one to two minutes, then drink it after pouring a little into each cup alternately until not a single drop is left in the pot.
Use the chashaku (tea scoop) to put one and a half scoops (approximately 2g) of macha into the teapot.
Pour approximately 80cc of hot water into the teapot.
Drink it after stirring adequately using a chasen (whisk).
Warm the teapot and teacups.
Put three big spoons (10g) of Hojicha into the teapot, add 360cc of hot water, and wait for 15 seconds.
Pour a little into each cup alternately until not a single drop is left in the pot.
